The work depends on accurate information

We review agreed expenditure and identify practical ways to reduce avoidable monthly costs. The exact scope, timing, access, and fee basis are confirmed with you before work starts.

Key points for every engagement

Fees are tied to the agreed scope and documented savings method. The written service agreement sets out how any fee is calculated and when it is due.
You must provide complete, accurate financial data and tell us about material changes. We rely on the invoices, contracts, usage figures, and assumptions you share.
Estimates are planning figures, not promises. Supplier decisions, market prices, contract terms, and internal actions can change the result.
Our liability for an agreed service is limited to the fees you paid for that service, subject to the exclusions and protections required by Irish law.

Keep your own records. A cost recommendation only works when the relevant decision-maker checks it and approves the next step.

04 / Limitation of liability and disclaimers

Advice has limits, and so does responsibility

We take care with the information and recommendations we provide. Your business remains responsible for checking them, making decisions, signing contracts, and meeting its legal and financial obligations.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee a particular saving, supplier outcome, contract result, or percentage reduction. Figures depend on the evidence available and the actions taken after our review.

Losses we cannot accept

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or consequential loss arising from website use or a service decision.

Law and events outside control

Irish law governs these terms. Neither side is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, such as serious service outages, public emergencies, or supplier failure.
